Sun Microsystems death spiral continues. The share price is at $3.00, their core customers are being courted by not only other vendors, but slicker technology. How does Sun turn this around? I don't think there are any simple answers but McNeely has to avoid information assymetries that prevail in his organization. Palimisano @ IBM embraced Linux based on his team's recommendation, maybe Sun needs to do the same [listen, not just embrace].
