Lord of the Dance's strategy while noble, doesn't realize the true value add of TicketMaster. You can go there to buy tickets for ANYTHING. It's a centralized ticket window. Which makes me think why doesn't ticket master attempt to get a piece of the scalper's market. Rather than get nothing, if they create a bid/auction site for people who looking to resell their ticket, they get a piece of the action. Simple yet effective.
