Elements of Chance

Serendipity- the effect by which one accidentally discovers something fortunate, especially while looking for something else entirely.

I like the idea of serendipity, there's a certain romance to it. It's like Forrest Gump said:

"I don't know if we each have a destiny, or if we're all just floating around accidental-like on a breeze. But I think maybe it's both. Maybe both is happening at the same time."

I believe that where you go in your life is based on chance, but who you meet has an element of destiny. What you do about is, of course, individual choice.
